• Pregabalin

  It is a first line drug for neuropathic pain. Pregabalin is used in treatment of chronic neuropathic pain caused by nerve damage after surgery or trauma, herpes infections, cancer, neurological conditions such as diabetes or may be due to a side effect of certain medications. It works by interfering with pain signals travelling through the brain and down the spine & thus blocking the pain.

• Methylcobalamin

  Is one of the active forms of vitamin B12 which helps in the production of myelin, a substance that improves nerve conduction velocity and neural function, & helps in the regeneration of injured nerves. It also protects nerve fibers for further damage.

• Pioglitazone

  Belongs to a class of drug called as Thiazolidinediones. It is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. It acts as insulin sensitizer.
