SILVER-CAP

SILVER-CAP M capsules are a combination of two drugs namely Pregabalin or Mecobalamin used in the treatment of neuralgic pain.

Pregabalin: It is a first line drug for neuropathic pain. Pregabalin is used in treatment of chronic neuropathic pain caused by nerve damage after surgery or trauma, herpes infections, cancer, neurological conditions such as diabetes or may be due to a side effect of certain medications. It works by interfering with pain signals travelling through the brain and down the spine & thus blocking the pain.

Mecobalamin: Is one of the active forms of vitamin B12 which helps in the production of myelin, a substance that improves nerve conduction velocity and neural function, & helps in the regeneration of injured nerves. It also protects nerve fibers for further damage.

SILVER-CAP 75 & SILVER-CAP M decreases the neuralgic pain by interfering with the pain signals travel through damaged nerves and brain. This medicine also protects nerve fibers for further damage and heals damaged nerve cells. Pregabalin and Mecobalamin together, relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).
