RESTMOL-A

RESTMOL-A is a combination of two drugs namely Aceclofenac & Paracetamol used to relieve pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis. It is also used to treat dental pain, low back pain, and musculoskeletal pain.

Aceclofenac: Is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by inhibiting cyclo-oxygenase (COX) an enzymes that helps to make prostaglandins (prostaglandins are produced at sites of injury or damage, and cause pain and inflammation) and thereby decreasing the synthesis of prostaglandins & reducing pain & inflammation.

Paracetamol: is a medication used to treat fever and mild to moderate pain (Headaches, menstrual periods, toothaches, backaches, osteoarthritis, or cold/flu aches & pains). It reduces prostaglandin synthesis by inhibiting both COX-1 & COX-2 enzyme & thereby reducing pain & fever.

RESTMOL-A is an anti-inflammatory, antipyretic & analgesic medicine. It works by blocking the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling). It shows rapid relief as compared to monotherapy.
